The Talent Pipeline is the channel that completes the pathway, and it is the piece we are building now.
Status: in formation. The Talent Pipeline is the channel that completes the pathway, and it is the piece we are building now. Aedifica’s founders have direct working relationships across New Jersey’s general-contracting community; the structured referral channel described below is designed and not yet operating. No candidate has been referred, because no workforce-track cohort has yet completed.
When it runs, it is built to work like this. Employers receive capstone-vetted candidates whose training was validated against the work their own project executives do. Completers receive defined interview commitments and apprenticeship articulation, not a handshake and a job board.
Every referral will travel with the same outcome data we publish: placement rate, credential attainment, wage at placement, and apprenticeship articulation, defined identically every cohort. We are stating the standard before we have results to report against it; that order is deliberate, and it is how you will be able to check us.

- Pipeline reporting you can put in front of a board
For employers: founding employers help define role relevance and capstone expectations before the first cohort runs, and commit to a defined interview opportunity for qualified completers. We are recruiting those employers now.
